Privacy Policy

Anything you type into the form. Our intake form asks for your name, business name, email address and phone number. It also asks what kind of business you run, your website or social handle, roughly what you spend on marketing, which services you are interested in, and whatever notes you choose to add. The phone number and the notes are optional. Everything you send us is something you chose to type.

Where you came from. If you reach the site through a campaign link that carries tracking parameters (the ones beginning utm_, plus ref), we attach those to your message so we know which ad or post brought you here. We read nothing else from the address bar.

Aggregate traffic data. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they land on, and how fast the site loads for them. Neither one sets a cookie that identifies you, and neither one gives us a way to single you out.

We do not collect payment details on this site. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking here.

To reply to you, and only that. We read the form, we answer it, and if it turns into a project we use what you told us to scope the work. We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form.

Three companies touch this data because they run the plumbing:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
• Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email.
• Google hosts the inbox that email arrives in.

Each of them handles the data to provide that service to us, under their own terms. Beyond those three, we share what you send us with no one, unless the law requires it.

Your message stays in our email for as long as we have a working relationship or a live conversation, and for a reasonable period after that for our own records. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Email hello@mainsocialagency.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct something, delete it, or stop contacting you. Say which one you want. We will do it, and we will not make you justify the request.

If you are in a place with specific privacy rights, such as California or the EU, exercise them at that same address and we will honour them.

The site is served over HTTPS. The form is rate limited and carries bot protection, so it cannot be hammered by automated submissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive through a web form. If you would not put it on a postcard, email us instead and we will find a better channel.

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will remove it.

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes get a plain summary here rather than a quiet rewrite.
